Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and holidays, please anticipate a slight delay in processing. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of placement and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not operate shipping services on weekends.

Shipping Duration

Due to increased demand, the delivery of your order may take between 4 to 15 days.

Non-Receipt of Order

Should your order not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
